Excellent office with a great staff and good doctors , been to see Dr Marino a few times past few years. They have the latest neato eye machines , laser guided stuff where you look in a box and it gives them all your measurements in about 2 minutes. Self pay rates are super affordable too. I highly recommend them if you would like your eyes looked at by some pros 👍
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with absolute kindness. I loved that the front-facing staff was diverse and represented melanated people, which immediately made me feel welcome and like I was in the right place! Everyone was incredibly professional and nice. The check-in and check-out process was quick and seamless. My exam with the doctor was no different, Dr. David MacDonald was thorough, efficient, professional, and friendly. I definitely recommend this place!
I had a really great experience here. All of the staff were wonderful. I purchased glasses and sunglasses. Kelsey helped to pick out the perfect frames for me. She was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. She was very skilled at picking out frames that complemented my face. Great customer service. Thank you Kelsey!
This is the best place for eye exams and purchasing new glasses. The staff is very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I bought my eyeglasses here last year, and when a part fell off recently, I went back and they replaced it completely free of charge. I really appreciate their excellent customer service. I love this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality eye care and eyewear.
I have been seen in this practice before, but this is my first visit with Dr MacDonald and I had a great experience. I appreciated that he took the time to thoroughly explain his findings and recommendations. Great communication skills and seems to genuinely enjoy patient care. Not rushed or impatient. The rest of the staff were also friendly and helpful as well. I would highly recommend Dr MacDonald to anyone looking for a new optometrist in Cary.
