Cary Vision Care

I have known the owner Dr Stikeleather for many years and I don't know why it took so for me to come over to their practice! They are all so nice in there. I brought my husband over there too because Dr. Stikeleather's demeanor is very calming, perfect for my husband's small eye emergency. I LOVE their selection of frames/sunglasses. They have a wide range of choices both economical, to higher end, to designer, to styles from Spain, great selection of children's frames (or smaller frames) too. Cameron is an Optician (I think that is her title)- she was SOOo helpful - she is honest about how does a frame look on my face, and why a different frame might look better because of my bridge of my nose-- or whatever. The reason I wrote this review was because I picked out a frame last September, but chose to wait to get it. Well I came back this week- still thinking about it, wanted it-- that company (from Barcelona Spain!) had discontinued this color but Cameron tried their US rep first to locate it, which they could not in the US, so Cameron called the company in Spain! The located it and are sending it !! That is what I call Customer Service! They really stand behind their glasses too-- might not be as cheap as Costco (I have had a couple pairs from there, but the quality of the frame was not as good!) but Cary Vision Care stands behind the quality too.

Dr. Dantonio was awesome! She took the time to answer my many questions and never made me feel like I was a burden. I think this is a difficult trait to find in doctors these days. Very happy, she is also very knowledgeable and personable.

Completed my second eye exam and glasses purchase with Cary Vision Care and had a wonderful experience. Usually, I am very indecisive about which frames to pick but Cameron was so helpful and kept me entertained during my wait. The wait was no fault of their own as the doctor was busy assisting another patient with an eye emergency. This is the second time I’ve had her guidance with selecting new frames and she never disappoints! Hands down the friendliest person I’ve encountered and she has the best style advice. Absolutely loved chatting with her and trying on all of her recommendations! Thanks Cameron!
