All aspects of my appointment at Preston Optometry Center were 5 stars. From check-in, to my visit with Dr Rousselo, to trying on glasses with the optician. Everyone was prompt, kind and thorough. No high pressure sales tactics you get from corporate owned eye centers. Will definitely be back, and recommending to others.
I cannot thank this office enough for squeezing me in yesterday for an impromptu visit. I had been experiencing some concerning migraines and fuzzy vision, and the level of care I received was exceptional. The exam was thorough, and the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly, which immediately put my mind at ease. It is rare to find a practice that balances high-level expertise with such a welcoming, personal touch. A huge thank you to Ken for the recommendation—his father is truly a professional who cares about his patients. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for top-tier eye care!
My family has been going to Preston Optometry for nearly 8 years now. Dr. Rousselo is not only a wonderful optometrist, consummate professional, and member of our amazing community; he is also absolutely hilarious. His dry humor makes me laugh each year I return for my annual visit and those of my children, although I’m not sure he intends to do so. Thank you, Dr. Rousselo, for making eye appoints fun!
The clinic is very clean and well-organized. The eye doctor is outstanding—he thoroughly examines, asks the right questions about vision and eye health, and patiently explains the diagnosis and treatment options. He listens carefully to every concern, which makes the entire experience very reassuring.
The team here is so kind and puts you at ease, and Dr. Rousselo is just as wonderful. I always get a little anxious during eye exams if I need to flip back and forth between prescription options multiple times (if you know, you know 😂), but he’s endlessly patient and never makes me feel rushed or self-conscious. Even after moving from Cary to Durham, my husband and I still come here for our routine eye exams, despite having closer options, because we know we’ll be so well taken care of.
