High marks to Hannah Covey, OD. I've been a patient the last four years. She is professional, pleasant and a good communicator. I also like that she presents the findings objectively, but knows how to express what she would do. I appreciate our discussions about cataracts several years before taking action. Her office helped to coordinate the referral to a 5 star surgeon. The office is well organized and clean.

I stopped in for an eyeglass adjustment and I was helped by an exceptional employee named Kati Kitzmiller. She fixed my trifocals perfectly, after my nephew knocked them off. She was so patient and kind that I decided to buy my next pair here. She is the best, ask for her, you won't regret it.

Dr Kathryn Manton was absolutely wonderful! Took her time, answered all my questions, gave me suggestions. she was extremely kind, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her.

Been a patient at this office for about 16 years. The doctors are always professional, and detailed. Never had an issue. I ordered my glasses over a month ago, paid to have them shipped to my home, called today To ask the status of my order. At this point, I was told my glasses were at that office. No phone call telling me my glasses arrived occurred. Should not have to call over a month after the glasses are ordered. Customer service is not what it used to be there. Will seriously consider going to another eye care center.

Great team overall. They have great frames to choose from. Shout out to Matthew who picked out my new frames first try! Awesome eyecarecenter location!
