My daughter and I went to this practice twice. The first time I was pleased: clean space, modern equipment, kind front of house employees. On our next visit I was thoroughly unimpressed with Dr. Norville’s attitude. I’ve been going to eye doctors since I was 5. This is the most uncomfortable I’ve felt. Then when I decided to transfer practices and placed my official request to transfer our records over a month in advance and filled out the paperwork it wasn’t sent over at all and made our first visit at our new office stressful (as I have a specific prescription). All in all, there’s a reason it doesn’t take long to get an appointment. If you don’t need much and don’t mind a doctor who doesn’t have great bedside manner, this is the place for you!

My first visit was this past Tuesday on 6/17, Great location, Great staff very friendly and professional. I seen Dr Norville, she was through and explained everything to me, very friendly. Good selection of glasses and I was in and out in no time!! I am glad I found her and her staff!!!

Dr. Norville and her staff proved a relaxed professional eye care experience. They are extremely knowledgeable starting with the actual health of your eyes, including eyewear to insurance coverage and final payment.

My husband has been a type one diabetic for 60 years with over 13 eye procedures done on his eyes!! Dr Norville did not rush him even when his BS started dropping and he had to drink some juice to bring it up during the exam. We are very pleased with her treatment/kindness toward him. New glasses are on the way.

Dr. Norville is excellent. I received a thorough eye exam. She answered all of my questions. The individual who assists with picking out frames is wonderful. She knows what looks good on you and provides many different options. The cost of their eyeglass package was reasonable and the lenses and frames come with a 2 year warranty. I highly recommend Dr. Norville and her staff!
