Visionworks Doctors Of Optometry

This was one of the only times that I enjoyed spending my money. From the time that I walked in the staff was excellent. The young ladies at the check in desk were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Lee seemed genuinely interested in helping me and was very informative about my vision needs. And the young lady who helped me with my frames and payment saved me more than $500 on my glasses. This will be the place that I come to for my next pair of glasses.

There is a reason why people are willing to pay twice as much to have better experiences. Unfortunately as a man who supports things, I learned the hard way why people prefer to pay more and live farther away just to have better experiences. I’m 1000% percent not going back there no matter what benefits or credits we get to use you. Hire better people and pay them more, then maybe you will get highter paying customers in. OMG!!! I’m learning why every day….

Belinda was extremely patient and extremely helpful while verifying my insurance over the course of a two day period. She answered every single question and was extraordinarily kind the entire process. The doctor that did my son’s exam was clearly pediatric trained and did a wonderful job connecting with my son creating the best Vision testing experience that he’s had in his little nine years. Tyriq was swift and efficient, in helping my son to adjust his frames and placing his order, keeping us informed about all of the promotions and discount discounts that we qualified for. We’ve been coming to this location for about three years and the visits only get better and better. Thank you guys!

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. While waiting for service the employees sat with each other chatting. They looked at me and continued their chatting. Then asked to move to another counter. Clearly they need time off in order to chat with each other. And don’t forget that they speak to a person across the room instead of greeting them properly.

I’ve been coming to this Visionworks location for years, and it’s always such a pleasant experience. Dr. Jones and Dr. Le are both incredible—kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. The staff is consistently friendly, and I love seeing so many familiar faces over the years. That kind of consistency says a lot. Even though Visionworks is a larger company, this office has such a welcoming, “privately-owned” feel. Highly recommend!!
