Amazing staff! Dyana was super helpful and made sure everything was good to go even though the VA didn’t send all my info. I forgot to get the name of the staff member who did the preexam tests, but she was really helpful too. Dr. Beaubien was very thorough and made sure I understand the results from the preexam. Alisha made ordering new glasses extremely easy and made sure I got the best deal. I highly recommend this place.

I had an amazing experience at Visionworks thanks to Alanna and her Manager Dyana! From the second I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and helpful. She made the entire process from picking out frames to understanding my insurance so easy and stress free. Alanna went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my glasses and that everything fit perfectly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. If you’re visiting Visionworks, ask for Alanna and Dr B. This team is unmatched, with the best of the best…. You won’t be disappointed!!!
Would not recommend - I knew better and went anyway, b/c I had broken my old glasses (I got at a high-end reputable boutique). They did not accept VSP, so I was left with minimal options. The place needs renovating, it is dreary and depressing. Needs new carpet ASAP...I was not impressed with the frame selection. I am used to higher end or at least a larger variety of frames. Dr was nice, but when I picked up glasses, I immediately knew Rx could not be correct. I was advised to give it time, as it takes time to get used to.. Okay- after several weeks, it was obvious they were not right and they would not stay on my face. Went back multiple time to get adjusted. Finally, I could not take it anymore. Called and it was the most stressful and time-wasting experience of my damn life. Was on phone FOREVER, got passed around and had to repeat the entire story. Noone takes accountability or gives superb customer service. Finally, was able to retake the test and order a different pair. Even calling is a damn nightmare, as they have this silly AI assistant that does not allow you to speak to anyone until you say all these random prompts. I appreciate the older woman that mans the pickup counter, but she is in no way sufficient or qualified. She just does a quick tweak (only if you ask) and is like there are you. Ma'am.whole process is a joke. I will tweak the glasses myself, b/c I cannot deal with her or them again. The whole experience is dreary, inefficient, low-quality, impersonal and frankly not worth the energy. NEVER AGAIN
I needed a new eye doctor after over 10 years with her because she moved. I was a little apprehensive visiting a vision center in the mall, but chose them because of my new vision insurance. I was extremely impressed! Everyone was super nice, knowledgeable and friendly. My time was very well respected, but I never felt rushed. They will handle my vision care forever now. Thanks so much for a job very well done!
so actually the worst experience i’ve ever had with a vision exam. Front lady mid old not the older lady was so confusing and rude. Told me they only do premiums which is fine but when i called the lady who picked up offered me the one without premium fine what ever, i get called back i do my exam the doctor tells me my new prescription is -0.25 mind you i was just at -0.75 i don’t believe it was accurate because that genuinely does not make sense. fine at that point i know i just will pay my bill and not listen to the this “updated” eye prescription. i get called back to the counter and another rude obnoxious lady with dark straight black hair and boxy thick uneven brown eyebrows tells me the total of the premium mind you i didn’t do everything in the premium i told them that and she was like oh at this establishment we only do premiums.. like okay i still didn’t get every service in the premium so im not going to pay for that she goes back to the front desk and tries to loudly embarrass me i ask her for my PD she says oh that’s not my responsibility and i will not be doing that bc u didn’t buy glasses and continues to go that it wasn’t her responsibility like once again OKAY but i didn’t need the attitude i pay and i just leave. This was the worst experience.
