I love these people. Everyone is knowledgeable and aways professional. But at the same time they are friendly and caring. My glasses are not exactly an easy make. Along with the usual distance and age related close focus, I have astigmatism and double-vision. And they just made me the best pair of glasses. I see perfectly. We live in Kingsport but drive to Bristol because we love and trust them
From reception, each staff member took an interest in getting everything right! Everyone answered my questions professionally and thoughtfully which made me at ease with the process including tests and expectations. The Doctor answered all my questions regarding medical issues. Brendan wrapped it all up with questions to allow for quick choice of frames and suggestions based on my own preferences while optimizing my insurance benefits to the max!
They don't answer the phone, but if they finally do, the people are at least nice and knowledgeable. I feel its' doing your employees' job for them by using AI or online appointment making forms, so I won't be doing that without a discount.
Everyone was helpful and courteous. They were a bit behind, but that was no problem. I am very pleased so far and looking g forward to getting my new glasses.
From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed and supported. Customer service was excellent The doctor was knowledgeable and explained everything. And I was able to take as much time as I needed picking out the right frames
