From the moment I walked in, I received exceptional care and outstanding customer service. The doctor was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff was equally amazing, walking me through every step of the eye exam and explaining the costs of my glasses and contact lenses so there were no surprises. What impressed me most was how they went above and beyond during this visit. They even transferred the lenses from my broken glasses into a similar frame at no charge. That level of kindness and customer care is hard to find these days. I highly recommend Visionworks to anyone looking for quality eye care, knowledgeable staff, and exceptional service. They truly exceeded my expectations!

I had a disappointing experience at this location. My wife and I stopped by to ask if someone could help tighten her glasses, as they had become a bit loose. However, one of the associates declined to assist us, stating that they only provide adjustments for glasses purchased from Visionworks. At the time, we didn’t think too much of it. But later, we visited the Visionworks at Springfield Town Center, and they gladly fixed her glasses without any issue—regardless of where they were purchased. This inconsistency was frustrating and made the initial experience feel unnecessarily unhelpful. I hope this location can provide more consistent and customer-friendly service in the future.

Vision Works was very clean. I didn’t have to wait a long time for my eye exam. My associate was very nice and friendly and explain everything detailed by detail and make sure that I got the best deal for my plan as possible.
