I had a great experience at this Visionworks! Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I especially want to thank Fozia "Mama Foz". She helped me find a pair of frames that was covered by my insurance and also helped me save money on a second pair by taking advantage of the buy one, get the second pair 50% off promotion. I really appreciated her expertise and excellent customer service throughout the process. I would highly recommend this Visionworks location to anyone looking for great customer service. I'll definitely be back the next time I need a new pair of glasses!

I had an ophthalmic emergency, and from the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly kind, compassionate, and reassuring. The doctor was absolutely amazing. She made time to see me right away, thoroughly explained everything, and treated me with genuine care and concern. Her bedside manner and people skills were exceptional, and I truly felt like I was in good hands. 10/10—I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone needing eye care.

To be candid, my overall experience with Visionworks has been frustrating at times and nearly led me to take my business elsewhere. However, one employee completely changed that outcome: Mama Foz at the Sterling location. Every time I visit, she is working tirelessly under what appears to be consistently understaffed conditions. She manages a constant stream of phone calls, walk-in customers, appointments, and operational responsibilities, often without adequate support. On multiple occasions, I have observed her working alone and even sacrificing her own breaks to ensure customers are taken care of professionally and efficiently. Employees like Mama Foz are the foundation of customer loyalty. Her dedication, work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to providing exceptional service are the sole reasons I have chosen to remain a Visionworks customer. I respectfully urge management to recognize her contributions and address the staffing challenges she faces. Whether through additional support, improved scheduling, or appropriate compensation, she deserves meaningful recognition for the extraordinary effort she consistently puts forth. Outstanding employees should not be expected to carry the workload of an entire team. Very good customer service. Doctor with outstanding communication skills. Good listener, breaks down information to the understanding level of the patient, suggests extra exams but not pushy at all with an attentive attention to the why behind the what. I definitely go back.
