I can not say enough about the awesome experience I had here. I have been to many places for exams and glasses . But this was different from the exam to the glasses to the purchase it was a spectacular day. I learned so much about my eyes different lenses ect . I highly recommend if your looking for quality this is your place . The people are fantastic. Amanda who runs the front desk deserves a raise im BIG on customer service since im a business owner as well . Ken worked with helping me choose the absolutely coolest glasses funky yet stylish , he told me about the pros and cons . Let me tell you your not just purchasing a frame there are so many lens options as well . Im so glad he helped me step out of my comfort zone and choose the glasses fit for ME !!! THANK YOU KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK .

The eye exam experience was excellent and I have no complaints about the quality of care. That said, the pricing gave me pause. A year’s supply of the same contact lenses (same brand, same prescription, same insurance) was quoted at roughly $1,500 here, whereas I paid $10 at another provider in Seattle. Glasses were similarly expensive, so I opted not to order anything. The exam itself also runs $109, compared to $59 for the identical exam downtown, which is a noticeable markup

Cymbre made my experience at Visionworks truly exceptional. After a major surgery changed the shape of my face, I no longer felt confident in the glasses I had chosen before. She listened with genuine care and immediately understood how important it was for me to feel comfortable and confident again. Instead of giving up or brushing it off, she worked through the warranty and helped me choose frames that look and feel right for me now. Her compassion, patience, and determination to help made all the difference. I’m incredibly grateful for the kindness she showed me - both personally and professionally. Visionworks is lucky to have her.

Highly recommend!! Not only did they accommodate me running late but they were so efficient and kind. Vanessa was quick and efficient with my assessments. Dr. Sin was very kind with explaining my current prescriptions. Cody and Amanda took the time to explain my vision coverage etc. Really glad I found this place!
