Chandler was amazing! He did not have to help me with the insurance issue I was having but he was patient and kind even when I was frustrated. It was the end of the day and I was in a desperate spot losing my glasses to the sea Gods at VA Beach. He made my day! Above and Beyond!
Great experience at Visionworks in Ashland, KY. The entire process was smooth and efficient from booking to checkout. I was impressed that I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Fair pricing, friendly staff, and an overall easy experience. I’d definitely recommend them to others.
The ladies at the check in counter were great and got us in quickly ! The Optometrist was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable with any questions and concerns I had. Skylar made the frame selection process fun and enjoyable and I will continue my eye care appointments at Vision Works! Great experience!
Dr Plumley provided one of the most thorough eye exams that I have ever had. His up beat personality was welcoming and comforting. He spent ample time explaining the changes in my vision and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this doctor. Although Visionworks is quite hectic with the number of people in and out at once, the employees do a pretty good job of keeping a systematic flow.
I would definitely recommend Visionworks to anyone! They make you feel comfortable and the Dr takes time to explain things in ways easy to understand. I will make future appointments there as needed
