Visionworks Drs Of Optometry

Yikes. Don't come the last hour of the day because they have already clocked out and will be in the back chit chatting. 3 people talking about margaritas and tacos instead of helping customers. They'll leave the youngest person in the building to do all the work. I do feel bad that I didn't get her name, but the only person working was the young black lady. She was helpful and took care of 3 different people at once! I was just picking up glasses. If I was the store manager (have been in retail plenty of my life) I would want to know.

Excellent service always. I have been seeing Dr. Fiona Boak for 20 plus years and followed her to visionworks. She's always wonderful. I even told her she hasn't aged a bit. 😊 Jamal was also wonderful. Patient and easy to talk to and ask questions.

I was checked in right away. There were some questions about the purpose of my appt and that got taken care of right away. The associate was so kind, caring and professional! I was able to see Dr. Boak for a f/u, whom I actually love and adore!! She's so personable and knowledgeable. She's been our family optometrist for over 20 years! I'm so glad she's there now!! Then Jamal helped me with my glasses and contact order. He was amazing! I appreciate his professionalism, kindness, expertise and honesty. You all have a well-oiled machine there! My wait time is always minimal and everyone always has a smile. I did however have one tech who checked my vision, etc last week before I saw the Dr, who was somewhat stoic. She was a young girl but talked kind of low and didn't quite seem like she wanted to be there that day to help me but I'm not going to hold it against you 😁! She was the exception to the rule! You still get 5 stars!

I was there on the 26th with my daughter for her appointment. We were greeted welcoming with a smile by the lady at the desk I think her name was Alysia. She was very patient and kind even while being busy and managing incoming people and calls on her own. Hard worker and even told us about 50% off frames which saved us money with buying two pairs (I will be coming back for sunglasses too). She made our time there well spent and answered our questions as they came up and reached out to us to let us know our form was ready. Will definitely be returning and thank her for going above and beyond for us and those we watched her assist. Didn't catch the name of the one who handled our glasses but they were nice as well.

I called the office making sure my situation was one they could attend to. They told me it would be medical, I didn't need an appointment and they'd see me when I got there. They did just that. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile, I was added to the schedule and seen promptly. Everyone I encountered was wonderful. I will continue to take my business to the Springhurst office.
