I had a wonderful experience at Visionworks. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and helpful, and I truly appreciated the way I was treated throughout my visit. I especially want to recognize the Puerto Rican employee who assisted me in the contact lens area. I didn't get her name, but she provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond my expectations. She was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. She took the time to help me and made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. It's not often that you receive this level of genuine care and attention. I hope the management can identify her from this description because she truly deserves to be recognized for her excellent work. She is definitely an asset to the Visionworks team. Thank you for such a great experience!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the privilege of witnessing something truly special today. An employee named Denise went above and beyond to make sure a little girl left with the glasses she desperately needed. Her insurance wouldn’t cover them, but Denise didn’t let that stop her. She found a way to make sure that little girl walked out with a new pair of glasses. Acts of kindness like this remind you that there are still genuinely caring people in the world. Denise’s compassion, generosity, and dedication made a real difference in that child’s life, and it was inspiring to see. Visionworks should be incredibly proud to have an employee like Denise. She didn’t just provide great customer service—she showed heart, empathy, and humanity. Thank you, Denise, for making the world feel like a better place, one act of kindness at a time.
Zero stars! The worst customer service. No one greeted me or asked if I needed help. The employee stood in the mirror next to me and was fixing her hair and clothes and said nothing to me. I was being watched as if I was coming in there to steal or something….yet they never even spoke to me. I already had a prescription was just shopping for frames. Customer service goes a long a way and they dropped the ball. However, as soon as a customer walked in that spoke Spanish… she was assisted the whole time. Racism and discrimination at this Visionworks. I will not shop here and do not recommend it. Almost all the glasses on display were dirty as well with hair and smudges.
I brought my glasses in about a week ago because the AR coating on the lenses is peeling and I’m getting particles in my eyes. The first time, the employee told me “they’re fine,” cleaned them, and sent me on my way, after me telling her all my concerns and her physically seeing the peeling on both lenses. My husband brought my glasses in again today for the same issue, and a different employee said “that’s just glue,” cleaned them, and sent him on his way as well, even after physically seeing the peel them self. The problem is still happening, and my concerns are being dismissed instead of properly addressed. I expected a more thorough inspection and a real solution, not just a quick cleaning. My insurance covers a Lens replacement, I even asked for a replacement, they kept dismissing everything I was saying when I went myself. Now I’m gonna have to go somewhere else, and just get a completely different new pair.
I was sent here by work. The company I work for is a multi billion dollar company that contract thu company A, who contracts thru company B who contracts (you get the idea). So when I got there these ladies had zero idea why I was there. Which in a side note I'm sure vision works is making a pretty large sum from the company I work for, so maybe they should be more prepared, but I do understand the process is so divided out. These ladies were absolutely wonderful in helping me and doing their very best at making sure I got what I needed. I want to strongly point that out. The ppl there were absolutely amazing to be around and extremely helpful, even when I was extremely frustrated. THANK YOU!
