I had the best experience getting glasses at this location. Everyone was so sweet and the appointment went by really quick. The doctor was so sweet and answered all of my questions. Whether it be to gain general knowledge about how eyes function or directly pertaining to me. At the end someone helped me pick out my glasses. I wish I would’ve gotten her name but she has red hair with black and pink checker print glasses. She helped me pick the right ones for me and I’m so happy I had her advice. I won’t be going anywhere else again!

I dont like the fact that I have to wait on average atleast 30 minutes when I make an appointment. My time is very valuable to me, hence the appointments. I feel they can do better with their scheduling. There are a few girls at the check-in reception that could use a class in customer service or atleast try and pretend to be friendly, but other than those selected few the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The service is great and the doctors know what they are doing and are good at it. Leslie is ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL at her job. Some of the best customer service I've ever recieved and she is incredibly friendly and professional. I can also speak volumes for Missy and Petra. They provides excellent and speedy service.

Vision works is a very great place to get eyes examine and glasses. However, make sure that you asked, how about there are warranties? There is a good thing to have when you purchase your glasses. Because me, as a working man, I seem to break or lose my glasses scratch up the lenses etc, but I called myself not having a warranty, but they worked it out for them. There are great people understanding half of the people work their wear glasses, and they understand it where I was coming from. So they helped me out with some coupons to cover the cost of my damage lenses. Once again ask for a warranty. It's a great place to shop at wonderful selection of glasses. Customer services outstanding everyone. There is very patient.Make your next appointment with vision works.They will take care of you.

I had a great experience at my recent eye appointment. The staff was friendly and efficient from the moment I walked in, and I didn’t have to wait long before being seen. The eye exam itself was thorough, and the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly, including my prescription and overall eye health. I really appreciated how they answered all my questions without rushing.

My experience with Visionworks on Dixie Hwy has been excellent. The initial tests and eye exam revealed my need for new glasses but revealed I had age related macular degeneration. My new glasses arrived as scheduled and fit fine. Was able to get 2 pair at affordable cost. My follow up with the doctor regarding macular degeneration was informational. Staff was efficient, respectful, and careing both visits
