I had such a great experience at Visionworks thanks to Nailah! She was extremely helpful, patient, and provided amazing customer service. She took the time to work with me and helped me find discounts that made it possible for me to get both my glasses and contacts. Went into Visionworks to see what my benefits would be. First of all she did not greet me and looked annoyed to be asked for help. As she’s helping me she has her hand holding up her head. Body language screamed she did not want to be there, mind you no one else was in the store. She def was not overwhelmed. People normally will take your insurance card and look it up. I went to a young lady who sat to right at the back desk, brown curly hair, Egyptian decent I believe. I am a black woman and def not biased, just trying to narrow down who the lady was. Worst customer service. As I am speaking to her she picks up the phone to answer a call and then leaves my son and I waiting for 11 min. When she finally hangs up she hands me back the card and tells me to call to find into what my benefits are. Why would you keep me waiting to tell me that!! I have been getting glasses for over 30 years and that was the absolute worst treatment I ever encountered. If you don’t want to work, stay home. Because shedefinitely is not the VisionWorks owner. And it’s a shame that the Visionwork brand has people like this portraying them. Observe your teams Visionworks, that was a $600 sale lost. Imagine how many other sales are also lost

Dr Jones professionalism and customer care is top level. I appreciate Nailah for delaying her lunch to get me out after I had been waiting for a while. She's really great at her job and explanation of different options for my glasses.

Nice place! My mom was able to get her diabetic eye exam done and the woman did a great job checking her eyes for the first time she went there. She referred her to a specialist to examine her eyes further as well :)

DR MHANDO WAS INCREDIBLY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL & seems to actually CARE about my eye health !!! ... The manager & sales staff were incredibly nice, professional & helpful. ... I DIDN'T get a pair of glasses BECAUSE the QUALITY of the GLASSES aren't good. (NOT DURABLE). & THE LENSES themselves (scratch/glare resistant coatings) are pure 💩. They DON'T WORK WELL AT ALL. ... I'LL be back for my eye exams EVERY TIME !!!
