Myself and my daughter’s most recent visits to the Hamilton Place Visionworks location was one of the best we’ve ever experienced. We’ve been coming to them for the better part of 10 years to get our eyes checked and purchase glasses. And while every previous experience has been fine with no problems to speak of, this past visit was a little different. Dr. Erwin Quirand went the extra mile. He was extremely pleasant and calming. He explained everything he was going to do before he performed his exam, and then took the time afterwards to give us both a summation of our eye health, and what we might experience in the future as our vision changes with age. It was refreshing to have Dr. Quirand take just those extra few minutes and steps to put our minds at ease, and make us feel like we were getting his undivided attention. And the rest of the staff (Brooke) were pleasant and accommodating to our needs, and made the purchase for our glasses quick and stress free. We’ll definitely continue to use this location in the future to schedule our eye care needs 🤓

I had a very easy and seamless process with getting my eye exams and getting my glasses! The doctor was awesome. He took his time. Asked me all the necessary questions. And also the customer service representatives were absolutely entertaining. Had a great time and for kicker. I got my glasses a week early!!!! They're top tier!

From making the appointment, checking in, testing, doctor exam, purchasing contacts, & glasses lens staff was superb. ONLY COMPLAINT PRICES were a lot higher than expected! At Pearle Vision the only cost was the additional contact exam/fitting. I never had to pay for any glasses or contacts every year. At Visionworks I had to pay $200-$250 with insurance WITHOUT NEW FRAMES. Used my old frames & got new lens. If I would have got a new frame my out of pocket cost would have been over $500. The only extra I added was non-glare coating. Everyone knows after cataract surgery you have to get this if you want to drive at night any.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The doctor made me feel at ease and she was also very knowledgeable and helped me understand everything that was going on. I will continue my eye care at this location.

I visited Visionworks in Chattanooga at Hamilton Place Mall to simply get safety glasses, but ended up buying contact lenses, as well. I couldn’t be happier with the time or the service I received. Eli, the gentleman who assisted me, was attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and funny. Also, the price point was lower than other retailers here in the Cleveland, TN area. They made a customer for life out of me. Highly recommended.
