This location has always been so great. The doctor remembers my case each year, understands what any change means and explains it well. The staff is friendly and efficient. There are no surprise charges and they are very upfront about out of pocket costs before you get started. Wide selection of frames . Contact lenses shipped directly to my house . My family has been going there for 13 years.

D’nia was patient and professional. She let me take my time to look around and then was very helpful once I selected a few frames. Great representative for the Vision Works company. Her pleasantry will cause me to refer others to this location. Building was clean and organized and there was a large selection of stylish and affordable frames.

This location stays open until 7pm during the week which is great for the blue collar workers. Staff was super friendly & helpful, explaining our exam results so we can understand. The dr listened to our concerns and made the necessary adjustments to our new prescriptions and didn’t try to force us into thinking we needed all the “extras” like progressive lenses etc. Our out of pocket costs after insurance was even affordable even with us picking out the most expensive frames in the store! I highly recommend this location for your next eye exam!

I scheduled an eye exam and, upon arriving at the store, an employee told me I was not eligible for an exam until July because my prescription supposedly had not expired. This information was incorrect — I was eligible for an exam, lenses, and glasses. I was turned away based on misinformation. Additionally, when I asked about purchasing Meta glasses, I was told the location did not carry them and that I would need to go to the Tyson’s location. I drove to Tyson’s specifically for this, only to be told upon arrival that they also did not have the glasses in stock. This resulted in unnecessary travel and wasted time due to inaccurate information from your staff. I called back today to address the issue, and the employee I spoke with was very nonchalant and did not seem concerned about resolving the situation. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told the manager would be in tomorrow. When I asked what time, I was told no one knew because the schedule was “random,” which I found difficult to believe. At no point did the employee attempt to check with anyone else or provide a helpful alternative. Overall, the experience felt dismissive and unprofessional. I’m disappointed by the misinformation and the lack of customer service, and I would appreciate follow-up from a manager to address this situation.

I was very impressed with my recent experience at Visionworks. I was in and out in an hour thats includes purchasing glasses and contacts. The doctor and staff could not have been nicer.
