The staff is very efficient and prompt. Dr Isayas Tekie was very professional and attentive. He changed my Rx to improve my reading with contacts and immediately gave me a month's supply of my updated Rx enabling me to purchase contacts on my own at a competitive price. My new contacts are very comfortable!
Everyone was kind, welcoming, and highly professional. I was very impressed with the new technology and felt that I received a very thorough examination—I honestly felt like I was in the Star Trek universe! The virtual visit with Dr. Adams was extremely informative, and he did an excellent job explaining everything clearly and answering my questions. I will definitely encourage my family and friends to visit Visionworks.
First time visiting visionworks for an eye exam. The experience was fantastic. It was easy to schedule an exam. Parking was convenient (across the street in a deck). The exam was quick, but not rushed. All staff and the doctor were friendly and professional. The price with my insurance was reasonable. There was no pressure to purchase glasses or contacts at the end of the exam.
Recently, I visited VisionWorks in downtown Silver Spring. The customer service was excellent, and the staff really understood my concern as a patient. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made the whole visit comfortable.
Customer service was great! Z greeted me when I came in, was helpful but in no way pushy like the store I had just come from. She heat-adjusted my glasses, now they don't slide down my nose anymore! She was SO patient, offering to adjusting them a little here & a little there so many time for me til they fit perfectly. Thanks Z!
