I had a wonderful experience at Visionworks. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. One of the things that impressed me the most was how thorough and technologically advanced the eye exam felt. The pre-testing and equipment gave me confidence that they were taking the time to carefully evaluate every aspect of my eye health, rather than simply checking my prescription. I truly appreciated how comprehensive the examination was. Dr. Grace was exceptional. She was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to answer every question I had without making me feel rushed. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and wants them to understand their eye health. This is their best Jax location. Great doctors and wonderful staff. Any help you could need with vision, they're helpful! They helped me with exams, glasses, repairs, insurance and more. I just got my 2 new pairs here, and they are perfect!

My family has been coming to this shop for many years. Ms. Layne is always patient and helpful, guiding us from selecting frames to completing our orders. She has a great sense of humor and makes the whole process easy and enjoyable. The entire staff is fantastic, and our optometrist, Dr. Grace, is wonderful as well. I stopped by Visionworks after getting off work one evening and Paige helped me get two pairs of glasses fitted. She made the entire experience really smooth and honestly remarkable. She took the time to make sure the glasses actually fit well and paid attention to the small details that most people might overlook. What stood out most was that she genuinely seemed to care about getting everything right and helping with anything she could within her ability. That level of attention and effort really made a difference. I really appreciated the help and great service.
