The whole staff was friendly, polite and professional. The Dr took the time to explain and respond to questions and She also gave needed recommendations. They didn’t bother me while I was making my decision on frames. It was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely refer friends and family to this location! I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff is always so kind, smiling, and supportive, and they take the time to explain exactly how to care for my eyes. The ophthalmologist is incredibly professional and reassuring. I’ve trusted Visionworks for years and even drive quite the distance because they’re truly worth it!
From the person that initally greeted me when I entered the Visionworks store , to Dr. Mary Batt, to the manager of the store, Mr. Frank Forrest, it was an excellent experience! The doctor uncovered a major problem that I thought my doctor of many years was watching!! Dr. Batt made sure she did a thorough exam and referred me to the appropriate specialist optometrist for further investigation. And, Mr. Frank Forrest, who is the manager of the store, went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with finding a frame and verifying my understanding between my old prescription glasses and the new prescription as well as preparing documents that I am utilizing to make my final decision. I have made my final decision to purchase my new glasses from Visionworks with the help of Mr. Frank Forrest! The whole team was great!! Visionworks located in St. Louis Galleria Mall is the place to consider getting glasses!
Everything from welcoming me as a prospective customer through the intake process, picking frames, working with me with my insurance plan, thorough eye exam, and explaining the different features. I walked away smiling so the available staff (Frank, Dustin, Angel and Mary Blatt) 10 out of 10.😊
I haven’t been to another Eye Center where the service was so customized, professional and informative. The staff are great always helpful in understanding the Right fit of frames for me my insurance benefit and my prescription.... Which are all things that seem to change every year. LOL! We live about 50 minutes away If there are closer eye hunters, but we still drive the distance to go to this one because it’s worth it every time.
