Great customer service and selection! The associate Amara was very helpful with finding me the best deal with my VSP insurance for my glasses to save me $$$. I wasn't strong armed to buy contacts, the associates understood what I needed. Unlike MyEyeDr in Parkville. Will continue to come back here. Only complaint I have is I wish the website would have a map on how to get to their location when navigating the mall.

I recommend Vision Works at Towson Town Center for anyone looking for professional and courteous eye care. Nyah, the onsite tech, provided service that went above and beyond anything that I expected. She was very attentive and informative. Nyah deserves a raise or a bonus to say the least. She is the reason that this business will retain me as a client. The doctors were also amazing, providing quick and efficient service.
Ms. Frances was the absolute best today for my eye contacts class. She was patient and gave me the confidence I needed to overcome an eye phobia. She was actually better than the video that you have to look at. Her soothing voice and easy guidance still plays in my head when putting in the contacts. I think corporate should allow her voice to be the guide for people that struggle putting in contacts. Thank you Ms. Frances your amazing.
This is the second time I’ve had brand-new glasses adjusted at this location, and both pairs were messed up after the adjustment not once, but twice. It’s extremely frustrating to spend money on new glasses only to have them handled improperly. Based on my experience, the staff who performed the adjustments (The young women here) did not seem to have the level of experience needed to provide this service correctly. I gave this location another chance after the first issue since I got my glasses from here, but unfortunately the same thing happened again. I expect a professional eyewear provider to be able to perform basic adjustments without damaging or misaligning new glasses. Very disappointed with the service and would not recommend this location for adjustments.
You have an amazing team where everyone,I mean EVERY ONE ,is so kind and went out of their way to offer the better than best experience. From the greeting to the pre-exam to Dr Levy(so quick yet so friendly) to finding the best fit for glasses- lens and frames, it is not too much to say that you have THE "A TEAM" at this location.May all your locations have such a fabulous crew. I will give just 2-3 examples- I had my 2 yr old with me.They brought a coloring pad and markers. I mentioned in my pre-exam that my mom was in the hospital and recently passed away after a long year... the empathy and feelings were so genuine and comforting. Dr Levy referred me to a retina specialist due to a beginning of a cataract but mentioned that if I have any complications in setting up an appointment with them to call her and she will work to set up a consultation to deal with any issues. You and all your customers/ patients are lucky to have such an all-star team and you can take great pride in all of the members of this team. Thank you and I am so glad for this survey.
