Wow! This was my first visit to Dr. Patel and it was amazing! From the moment I walked in I was greeted so warmly by the front office ladies..Sweet Jenny took care of all my tests and explained how each tests works. Dr. Patel is kind, very knowledgeable and thorough. Kendyl, Stephanie and Lisa superstars! They all helped in finding the perfect glasses. They were fun, patient, and had great ideas and fashion sense! They worked with my budget and explained what my insurance would cover.. It is rare in the time we live to have such wonderful customer service. Dr. Patel is passionate about what he does and it reflects in his place of business along with his fantastic staff!

Excellent experience! The doctor and staff were very welcoming and professional. Jenny was fantastic, she performed all the tests, explained everything clearly, and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. The team is very knowledgeable about Ortho-K, and we appreciated the transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Highly recommend!

We have used Vista Eye Associates now for our last two eye exams and we couldn't be happier with their service. All of the people that work there are super friendly, kind and considerate. The Doctor is very personable and he makes you feel like your a person and not just his next patient. The exam is very thorough and they go over the results so you understand them. They also have a large selection of frames to choose from and will either help you choose or leave you alone so you can take your time to choose your own without feeling pressured to make a quick decision. I have and will continue to recommend Vista Eye Associates to my friends and family.

Brought my 5 year old for an exam and everyone was friendly, complimenting, and all around nice. The eye dr was great with my kid. I will more than likely be making my next eye appointment here. Place is new and clean!

Eye doctor questions: My vision is pretty bad - astigmatism and 5.somethings in both eyes. I went in to a local office for contacts and glasses since the readers weren't cutting it anymore. I have spent a hefty amount on office visits, contact fittings, 2 rounds of eye dilations and the lens and frame. It's been a non-stop process for about a month now. I went in on Thursday for an eye dilation to help my eyes "adjust to the prescription" and I have worn either the glasses or contacts religiously. I am still not adjusting. I am not driving since I don't feel comfortable. I just called and they can't see me until the 22nd (dr is going on vacation) and said they will check but I might have to pay another visit fee. Is this all normal or do they just suck? The contacts are a little better distance wise but it just doesn't feel "clear". 🫪 Vision is worse than before and my bank account is out $700+
