Great customer service! They have many options of different frames and brands. Clean environment while also a very helpful staff. Ana and Zhanna were very quick and helpful with the processes of choosing glasses out. Definitely recommend this store and they have a doctor 7 days a week!

I had a fantastic experience at Vistasite Eye Care of Sheepshead Bay! The entire office was welcoming, professional, and clean, but the absolute highlight of my visit was Jana. She went above and beyond to help me, answering all my questions with so much patience and kindness. Jana made the whole process incredibly smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for top-notch eye care and amazing customer service, this is the place to go. Ask for Jana—she is the best!
I had such a great experience at Vistasite Eyecare of Sheepshead Bay that I felt compelled to share. Dr. Ilyusha has an excellent bedside manner. He really takes the time to explain everything clearly and patiently answer every question. My new eyeglass prescription is honestly the best I’ve ever had. I didn’t realize how much I was over compensating until I put these on. Zhanna was also incredible while helping me choose frames! She walked me through colors and shapes that actually flatter my face, and the selection was abundant, current, and stylish. I never once felt rushed or pressured. There’s absolutely no comparison between the glasses I got here and mail-order ones. The quality, fit and vision clarity are on a different level! I’ll definitely be back for my future eye care needs. Highly recommend!
I was a very satisfied customer of the store that eventually turned into this one for probably fifteen years. Three years ago, I had a lapse in judgement and rather than look for a new place at the first red flag, I stuck with this one. In a nutshell, they don't care about return business, they care about making a quick buck off you. The doctor is a lovely gentleman (hence the second star), but the female sales associates give off used car salesperson vibes. My personal experience follows: They charged both my optical insurance and my medical insurance, and I still ended up paying $900 for glasses. I did get progressive lenses on the glasses, but I got a frame that was on a cheaper side, about $350. I wish I could tell you the brand of the frame, but it rubbed off the glasses within the first six months. The frame also became a bit wobbly. For comparison, the Prada frame that I got at the previous store which was about the same price and is now about fifteen years old is still in excellent condition. Eventually, I discovered online prescription glasses, and have been wearing my $120 frames with progressive lenses for close to two years. However, getting the prescription from the store was not an easy task. First, they wouldn't give it to me over the phone. Then, when I did pick it up, the prescription had incorrect numbers that I later had to go and verify. I did a contact lenses exam at the same time that I got the glasses, and was promised a $75 discount. When I was paying for the contacts fitting and exam, I did not get a discount, so another $150 (without any contact lenses). I ended up ordering my own contact lenses from 1800 contacts because the sales ladies were pushing me to get a year supply through them, which was more expensive than me getting it myself directly from the website. At this point, I clearly overpaid for frames and contacts, but I didn't want to leave a bad review because I still had good memories of the place from years before. My issue is that I've gone back to the store to get my $900 mystery designer glasses adjusted, and after waiting for 20 minutes for someone to help me, it never happened. I get it, they were busy, but also a tad rude. When I tried to get a box of lenses from 1800 contacts, they refused to confirm the prescription because it's been over two years since they last overcharged me. Inspired by Vistasite Eye Care of Sheepshead Bay patronizing customer service.
The doctor was very good and helpful. However, the prescription was overpriced and seems as if it was a sales pitch to get money as the quote was over a thousand dollars. I can get the prescription filled somewhere else for much less and the same quality. That’s a shame as I really thought the eye exam was very thorough.
