Today was our third visit with Marci who is absolutely the most professional technician I've ever had while dealing with our specs. Her knowledge and advice was greatly appreciated. Her genuine concern for both my wife and I in regard to the best options and affordability are greatly appreciated. She is down to earth and we had great conversations.
Jean and Marci took such great care of me! I dropped my glasses in the parking lot and they were ran over by the time I realized. I started a new job and couldn’t get to Vista in person. Jean let me send pics of my glasses via text so she could reorder the same pair that day. When I went in to pick them up Marci helped me with refitting my sunglasses so they stayed put on my face. I highly recommended Vista for prices, selection, and excellent customer service!
Best place I've ever gotten glasses / contacts. Jean was super helpful, I tried on probably 30 different pairs , before I made a decision she was great. They have all the brands you could want but very reasonable prices!
I procrastinated on writing this, but not only did I get stellar service, but Marcy's guidance made finding the right pair of glasses a breeze! This was my second pair of glasses with a progressive, and I am amazed at the quality of this progressive compared to my old pair/different company. Picking up the glasses was the same experience as my first time walking into the wright patt vista. Thanks to Jean and Marcy for exceptional care and knowledge in optics. My glasses look great, but they are perfection to see out of!
I had the best experience with Ms Jean and Ms Marci. They were very kind and helpful in finding the perfect pair of glasses. Ms Jean even called to get an updated script. The glasses were ready when they said they would be and Ms. Marci did not let me leave till they were properly fitted. I will definitely be back again. Thank you!
