Vista Optical

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had getting an eye exam and fitted for new frames I purchased a pair of daily use and safety glasses for work. I highly recommend the knowledgeable staff and recommend them to everyone coming to LRAFB.

Samantha is awesome. Great service e and great personality.

Samantha was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to answer all of my questions. She provided excellent suggestions about my frame shape, size, an style. She explained the different features available and made the whole process super easy. Loved my experience there and will definitely be back!

I show up early for my appointment and I am told they are not there to do eye exams. So I come back at the exact time my appointment is scheduled and still not there. Just unprofessional behavior so who knows what else they skip when they are checking your eyes. I didn't get a call saying they would be late or anything. I guess they wanted me to sit around and wait like a moron Go anywhere else but here as you are not a priority and your time is not a priority. I hope this review saves other people the trouble of possibly wasting your time.

Truly the best experience I've ever had with an optical shop! Professional, respectful, and very helpful. I've felt like I've had the runaround before at other places but super helpful here. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!
