Got in pretty quick, and the exam was fast and staff was friendly. However I left a memo I would be on vacation in the time frame when they would call to tell me my lenses were ready, so I left a family members number instead. This was with whoever was there on July 22nd at 1:45. They disregarded the number I left and tried to call me while I was on my vacation with no service (I was on a cruise to Mexico) on August 6th. When they couldn't leave a voicemail, instead of just sending me an email that I would get once I got home they did nothing so my glasses have been sitting up there for literally two or three weeks. I should have at least gotten an email or a second call a week later. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

I have been using Dr Justin McMinn and his dad for over 15 years. He's a wonderful doctor, and a great person. He has always giving me great advice for my eyes and has always done an excellent job at examining me. Definitely would love to use him again, but, unfortunately I moved too far away, so now I'm trying to find a doctor who can compare to Dr McMinn, so far no luck. I haven't had my exam in over 6 years since I moved from Jacksonville. This is the best place to go!! And the staff has always been very nice and kind and helpful
