Jacksonville Vision Development Center

I purchased a pair of glasses for my son and was promised 2 straps for my sons’ glasses for $189. Only to be told that they assumed the company would send an extra pair. How is that my fault. I was told it would take 2 weeks to be delivered. It took 3 weeks and I had to call and check, No courtesy update. Please retrain your employees on the latest policies and procedures before selling glasses to customers. It would prevent a lot of unnecessary stress.

I’m totally hating on this place! I’m sorry but 2 days ago they called to say my husbands appointment was moved back two hrs and now we came at the recommended time of 10:45 and we have sat here for exactly 2 freaking hours waiting and waiting. What the freak is the deal???? I have other appointments I’ve had to cancel because of them this makes twice! My time is just as important. Of course when I’m late I get cancelled and still have to pay. So yeah I’m totally hating on this place. They need to get the receptionist to get her crap together! This is unacceptable!

Dr Horn was great, she took her time and explained things that no other doctor had explained to me. Very nice lady. Her helper Emily, very funny, made me laugh while remaining professional. Abigail fit my glasses perfectly to my face, she's a sweetheart.

When I relocated to Jacksonville I was looking for an eye doctor and chose this location based on the reviews. The location lived up to all the reviews and I love the customer service provided to myself and also my husband. I would recommend to anyone within the Jacksonville to check them out
