I have left several messages to make an appointment and nobody ever calls me back. I started calling in February and I’ve called at least once a month since great Customer Service ha ha.
Yvonne was on point!!! Extremely helpful, personable & knowledgeable. I had no idea of what I was doing when I first came in. I highly recommend her and her team. The service was extremely fast as well. I received my glasses in less than 2 weeks.
Yvonne is absolutely amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable in her profession. I had problems with my glasses after a new RX. She advised me to check the previous RX and she found the problem was that the second RX was incorrect. I appreciate her so much! Rosa is excellent! She helped me today by adjusting my glasses and by updating my information! Rosa, Yvonne, and Isela are extremely professional, helpful, and it is clear that they all are devoted employees! I appreciate their expertise!!!
Vista Optical at Luke AFB is great! Been going there for years and I always have the best experience with the manager Yvonne. She is absolutely amazing and always helps me with picking my frames ( and she does great) I can never decide so I have her decide for me 😊 keep up the good work!
It was a great experience from start to finish! Yvonne was helpful and very patient . It was the first time for me and she was very knowledgeable and very helpful finding the glasses that fits my face . Thank you Yvonne . Definitely will come back !!!
