HORRIBLE customer service from Tristan. We have come here many times before with no issues, beware, it’s all different now! What a shame! We only got help because someone came from another store. He can’t order correctly, he lies and will not take ownership, he argues with customers insisting he is right. NEVER RETURNING!!!

This was a great experience. The two folks that were helping me were knowledgeable, pleasant, and patient with me while I tried on every frame in the shop. Once I picked the two frames I wanted, they provided quick and accurate pricing information with relation to my insurance coverage. They were very thorough with the measurements for the frames and lenses. Overall it was a fantastic visit. I would highly recommend using this shop for your next eyewear purchase.

The service was amazing from the moment we came in to book our eye appointment, having the appointment and getting our glasses. Kayli helped us from the beginning to the end. She is an asset to the team and made me feel so comfortable.

I will never go back. They gave my doctor a prescription when she has 20/20 vision. We waisted hundreds of dollars getting her glasses. They messed up my prescription (both contacts and glasses) and refused to fix it. Also, the glasses they sold were awful and never stayed on. Hundreds of dollars wasted. The whole thing was such a waste of time and money that I actually went and got lasik. Now I will never waste money again. I would NOT recommend anyone come here unless you want a frustrating and expensive experience.
