A pleasant experience and affordable. Didn't push sales but explained all the perks when upgrading or keeping basic. Wasn't rushed and was offered assistance when I had questions. It was an overall great experience. I was able to leave with a good deal and glasses ordered. It only took a week to get them in and was satisfied with the fit and the lenses. Overall really enjoyed coming here and was well taken care of by the knowledgeable staff. Will certainly be visiting again for all of my eyeball needs.

They are professional ! They’ve redone my lenses 3 times, until perfect. They’ve redone my exam second time for free, cause on the first one prescription was not right - older male doctor was very patient and professional, first lady doctor was not that interested and in hurry, though, final result is awesome ! Thanks !
This place was very disappointing. The workers are really nice, so I'm not complaining about them. However, the process of getting an eye exam was more than frustrating. Appointment was at 10:15. Got out of there at 12:50. Never has it taken so long just to get an exam.
I paid 80 dollars to get an incomplete eye exam and get the run around with workers. When I saw I couldn't even order glasses off the eyeglass website because I didn't have my PD, I called the same store I went to and asked why it didn't have that info. The worker told me they don't do those and that I have to ask if I wanted that service as well. When I asked if I have to pay for the service, she told me I didn't and I can walk in to get my pupils dilated. I drove to the store and was told by a different worker they can't do those and I have to get that done somewhere else. If you need your PD info, don't get your eyes checked at Eyeglass world.
I went to this place because it was recommended to me; I had an appointment for today, Saturday, August 8th, at 10:00 AM. I was there for two hours and never got seen. The staff just kept walking back and forth without explaining the delay, and I ended up leaving without getting my eye exam!
