Amazing experience! Dr Rourk was very thorough, answered all my questions, didn't rush, and I left feeling confident in my prescription. I switched eye doctors this year, after being told that I had cataracts last year from a different doctor & wanting to get a second opinion on such a serious condition at a young age. Low & behold, he found no signs of cataracts today and the weight of that is off my shoulders. Very relieved, thankful & happy I switched to Dr Rourk.

Be sure to book with Dr. Mayhew! Best eye exam I have ever had and very educational. Thank you Nikki and Bailey for your kindness.
I've been here twice for eye exams and the doctor is excellent. But the prescription I see when I'm getting the exam never seems to be the glasses I get. Twice I've bought glasses and twice what I got was terrible. This isn't a case of "You need to get used to them" - I tried both for several days and neither worked. Weirdly, for my last prescription I was goofing around and turned the glasses upside down and found that they were almost close to perfect - which makes me wonder if the person ordering glasses is inverting the prescriptions from eye to eye. I was also surprised at my last visit when I found they don't give you new frames - the "try on" sample frames in the display are the frames you get. When I finally got my "new" glasses (new lenses in display case frames) they were visibly bent. The first time my prescription was wrong Eagle Eyes swapped out the lenses to my old prescription for a nominal fee. The second time I just gave up and tossed the new glasses in the trash. It's a disappointing waste of $200+ but I don't think they'll get them right and I'm not willing to give them another try.
17 years and my whole family receiving exceptional care. We love it here. You cannot get any better service, care and understanding. Thank you for your many years of care, love and friendship, Dr Roark & Team. The.Campbell/Rust Ladies
This is the best eye doctor I've ever been to. They accept VA and are very flexible and kind. No tricky sales stuff when you buy your glasses. Dr. Roark is extremely compassionate and professional, and also is an Army Vet who continues to serve other vets with pride. Thank you for prior service and your continuing service to the VA, Dr Roark!
