Americas Best - Colorado Springs CO 80917 Powers Point. 5667 Barnes Rd. My initial visit was so disappointing. And I was not pleased with my choice of frames. However, I absolutely no issue canceling that order. When I showed up the next day I was met with amazing customer service. Both Elaina and Erin/Eric were patient, kind and informative. Elaina explained the type and size of frames I would need in order to best suit a progressive lens. She showed me why and where my pupil would need to be in the frame. I was VERY indecisive and I was met with complete understanding, patience and the knowledge I needed to choose correct frames. Nicholai was a joy! He has the most infectious personality. He is kind, patient and understanding beyond his years. Dr. Hau Andy Nguyen O.D. Was pleasant and thourogh. I cannot say enough about the absolute pleasant experience at Americas Best. Thank you for making this customer comfortable and satisfied.

Dr. Jessica Lewis is an extremely good eye doctor—hardworking, kind, and highly intelligent. I have been wearing glasses since 2010 and have had many eye exams over the years, but she truly stands out. Both my recent eye exam and the follow-up visit I had two days ago were excellent. She was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence in the results. While my experience with the staff was mixed, the doctor herself was exceptional—very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. I truly appreciate the care Dr. Lewis provided and would highly recommend her.

Zay was so kind, patient, and funny. He was extremely helpful and went out of their way to find the best solution for my partner in an emergency situation. If you are looking for a location with friendly staff that goes the extra mile this is for sure the location for you. The entire staff was incredible and if I could give Zay a raise I would.

Zai provided above and beyond customer service! So much patience and compassion. Sincere and genuine. I appreciated the customer service. 5 stars are well deserved. I would highly recommend if you are looking for someone who will take the time to make sure the right frame is chosen.

Staff are very friendly, greet you when you enter, and attentive to making sure your glasses fit just right. Tina is funny, friendly, and wants to make sure you are very satisfied with service!!! Update: May 2023 Always have a great experience when I come in here to get my glasses adjusted. Zai helped us and he was super outgoing and it was quick and efficient! Update November 2023: This site continues to be so nice when you come in to get your glasses adjusted! Great customer service!
