I had a fantastic experience at Vista optical, Fort Eisenhower Military Exchange. From the moment I walked in the staff was great. This location has a stylish and affordable selection of frames. Keisha is always helpful in making recommendations when picking out frames that fit me. I also appreciate how quickly my glasses were ready for pick up. Customer service here really stands out, and you feel they genuinely care about helping people see better and feel good about their eyewear. The service here is great. As soon as you walk in you are immediately greeted. I have been going here since I was young and the service has not changed. I can see how the employees interact with the customers on a personal level and not just because they are doing their job. They truly seem to care about the person behind the glasses. One of the employees, Keisha Sullivan, has such a welcoming personality and truly bonds with the customers. Many people walk in with her specifically in mind when getting help. I can relate to this as she has been very helpful when helping me pick frames and suggesting on different variations. I will definitely be continue to come here again in the future for any optical needs.

We stopped in to see if, by chance, they could fix a loose screw, and they were incredibly accommodating. Not only did they fix what I came in for, but they went above and beyond by noticing the second pair of frames were too loose on my daughter. By the time we left, two pairs of glasses were cleaned, properly fitted, and fixed. I can’t recommend them enough. So kind, professional, helpful, and eager to make you comfortable. We are so thankful to have access to this optical center!
