His office staff seem very annoyed to be working. I brought my special needs sister in and the staff just seemed pissed we were there. We waited months for this appointment and she was excited to get new glasses then to show up and seem unwanted, also we were surprised with a “refraction fee” that I’ve never seen before. We decided to leave and look elsewhere.
