I had an outstanding experience at Vista Optical inside the Military Exchange. The lady who helped me was extremely patient, professional, and kind. I was having issues with my glasses, and she went above and beyond to help me get everything fixed. Because of her support, my vision is back, and I am able to drive safely and do my job. I truly appreciate her dedication and excellent customer service. Thank you so much for taking care of me!

Carolyn and Jennifer are very knowledgeable about their jobs. Always friendly and very helpful when trying to pick out glasses. Always gets the fit just right. If you need glasses I suggest you come visit them!!!! Thank you Vusta Optical.

To start, the ladies that work in this store are amazing! They are super helpful and knowledgeable. They assisted me with getting all details from my insurance. The second time around was the most tedious. But we got it done. Then they helped me pick the perfect glasses. I serious pair and one playful. I like the selection of styles and designers. And even without insurance the prices weren’t too high. I would recommend going to get your glasses here.

So happy to have this store in our PX on Fort Johnson. Love the glasses they have in store and that I can bring in a prescription and get contacts and glasses done. Every employee that I have come into contact with at this store in the last year have been amazing, they are very professional and friendly. Also knowledgeable about the products they carry. I brought I. A pair of glasses that I have had for probably 6 years or more and didn’t know if I could just get the lens changed to my new prescription. The staff got me all set up and taken care so I can still use my same frames. They are the best. Not sure how many ladies work there but I have personally dealt with 3 different ladies and they were all wonderful.
