Vista Optical Inside Fred Meyer Store

I was greeted warmly and promptly and walked through all pertinent details regarding pricing, insurance coverage , warranty and turn time. Found a great set of frames which I picked up within a week. Special thanks to Andrew for the excellent service!

This place has great customer service. I visited Vista Optical with my brother and mother to get eyeglasses. My mother, who does not speak English well had lots of questions. Andrew was incredibly patient and friendly, and really took the time to answer all her questions as well as mine. We had a positive experience, and we found a pair of glasses that we were happy with.

Was a little weary of the reviews when I first booked an eye exam, but my experience didn't reflect any of the recent ones. First, they were able to get me an eye exam next day! Second, Christina (staff) was very helpful both in handling my insurance, and helping me get glasses estimates. Dr. Chung was also very nice, explaining what she was doing at each step, and took the time to answer---in detail---my questions afterwards. Would totally recommend.

Excellent vision care - from Dr. Chung to her well qualified staff! I love my new glasses with the bigger vision field (recommended by the opticans, and they were spot on). Everyone is so professional yet friendly, I feel like they take very good care of my vision needs.

My sister is in a full care facility in Shoreline. Her glasses were all bent up, one lens popped out, pads gone. The wonderful staff at Vista Optical saved the day and put them back together and they are now usable. They even put them in a plastic case to protect them. They saved the day! Wonderful service at no cost.
