I bought my two daughters and son glasses from America's Best in Barker Heights. My son lost the little rubber part of his frame that covers the ear. A little inexpensive part. I took them to America's Best and they said they couldn't help without asking name or warranty. That same day I brought the glasses to Vista Optical and without question one of their associates, Bea, was able to help me. Quicky and for free. Almost like how customer service used to be. They were aware I wasn't a customer, but they cheerfully helped out a kid with a missing piece of his glasses. Great service Very grateful, thank you Bea!!

Hi there. I'm sure your business is excellent, though I haven't been here in years, but I'm here to talk about your business cards. The information on it leaves a lot to be desired, like how I desired to see the business phone number and hours. But it only vaguely shows the address, logo, and QR code that led me to this Google Review link. What's the point of the address if I don't know when you're open or don't know when to call to confirm said hours? Google can only display so much, but that doesn't mean anything if your business is still closed on a day it is usually open, like today. I'm sure there's an understandable reason for the closing, but it would have been nice to know that it was closed after making a quick call. Your business is probably great, but your business cards are rather vague.

I just had to return my glasses and the lady who helped me noticed I was getting worked up and I had to tell her I am sorry that I'm getting worked up and my stupid PTSD causes me to react this way. She calmly took care of me and corrected everything with pure kindness and understanding. Because of her I recommend this place. Her thoughtfulness helped me. Thank you.

I have worked with Pam on eyeglass purchasing for many, many years, and she always impresses me with her excellence and care for me and my needs. She’s my go-to, I trust her, I appreciate her care, and Vista Optical is lucky to have her as their employee and representative. Thank you Pam!

This place sucks. I have astigmatism and my doctor acknowledged this and prescribed me contacts NOT for astigmatism. I asked several times for acuvue oasis for my astigmatism and after being fitted with a different brand. The biofinity contacts I was prescribed are NOT for astigmatism and do not sit properly on my eyes. The doctor was aware of this in the exam and still refused to give me the correct prescription. I tried calling several times to get a corrected prescription with no help. $200 for a prescription I can't even use. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Horrible doctors who don't listen to their patients.
