The doctors are knowledgeable and they are able to break down textbook definitions into something anyone can understand. My only rife is the lack of good customer service skills the receptionist and some of technicians contain. There’s one (I haven’t had the chance to speak to her, however) all her interactions are professional. Other workers call her to de-escalate most situations (which is sad, she’s literally the only one who seems to never have issues with clients) The comprehensive level the ladies in there have is very limited and whew 😅 don’t let yourself be a hint darker than an usual Latina… go in and be a little on the dark skin side, you’re instantly be taken as a fool and for granted.

The manager Frankie is the sweetest woman ever. I highly recommend talking to her. She and the rest of the VistaSite Team are well informed on eye care, and offer deals for back to school!!

Thank you to franky she was so attentive and personable!! Made my snow day that much warmer. My only complaint is that they could use a few heaters in the office as it was freezing! Nonetheless, a seamless visit! Thank you to franky again for being so lovely🥰

They’re great! The exams are very thorough and the doctor really professional and kind. The girls in the front are very helpful and answered all my questions. Service is excellent.

I bought my son to this place because his glasses broke. During his exam they found out that he needs these special lenses that most insurance do not cover. The manager Franky have been really good in trying to find out by calling different departments on my son's insurance. Although time consuming, she is very professional with her no nonsense attitude when trying to get the job done. I am grateful to have her help in resolving this issue. I would recommend anyone to come here. Exams are very thorough and place is really clean.
