They seem really friendly and all but everything is contingent on you purchasing your glasses and contacts from them. If you ask for a copy of your prescriptions they will leave things out (like your pupillary distance for glasses, or cyl and axis for your astigmatism contacts)
Went there today to choose new frames, and everyone was incredibly helpful and patient. Amy assisted me in selecting frames, displaying both patience and helpfulness. I will definitely be back again!
Visited the center for comprehensive eyes exam with dilation and a glasses prescription. Everything went smooth and fast. Really pleasant experience wih the doctor Polovets and staff.
I recently visited VistaSite Vision Center for my eye check-up and to get my lenses prescription, and I had a fantastic experience. Dr. Palavets was incredibly professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The entire process was smooth and efficient, with no unnecessary waiting around. The staff were also very kind and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I highly recommend this office for anyone in need of eye care.
Very clean and well kept. Helpful staff and the doctors are knowledgeable, informative and thorough. I was able to get in quickly thanks to Amy and her being insurance savvy- could’ve given a 4 due to a little front desk tweaks that are needed but overall 5 stars! And great smiles.
