Optometrist was friendly and helpful but my rating is for the optician. When selecting glasses here, be wary of the lady and double check the list of what is being ordered for your lenses. Very pushy and constantly upselling. I said I didn’t need transition lenses in the store and when she called me 10 minutes after I left asking the same. I clearly said no both times. I cancelled my order and came back for my script later. Appears my glasses were ordered with transition lenses anyways. I’d suggest get your test done here and order your glasses elsewhere.

Dr. Alexander was great. He took his time and he was very thorough. I give him a two thumbs up. I’m glad I found a good doctor.👍🏽👍🏽

This is the worst place I've ever visit. After 2 years that I went there, they are sending me a bill for $19.63. I paid off everything at the time of the service, I paid over $300, and almost 2 years later I receive a bill. This is ridiculous. I do not recommend this place to anyone, plus the service was horrible, they didn't gave me the right prescription. 👎

Wonderful, attentive practice. I have been a patient for many years, and Lillian is always friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help me have a positive experience, whether it be finding me a rebate for my contact lens purchase or helping me find a pair of glasses that frame my face well. So glad to have an eye care practice I trust!
