Dr. Kracher performed all the preliminary tests himself, which I liked. Some places feel like it's a receptionist doing them. He took his time with my exam- I didn't feel rushed at all and he was happy to answer any questions I had . I was very pleased with my visit. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and helpful.
I hadn't had an eye exam in over ten years and Dr Kracher took the time to answer all my questions and walk me through every step of what he was doing and what each test was. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience.
Dr. Kracher was able to identify a problem that was missed by several other optometrists and ophthalmologists. He takes the time with the exams and does everything himself. The staff are also very personable.
I love the fact that the assistant doesn't forget their patient. Even if you are a new patient, she will recognize you on phone.
