Indian dude upfront is rude. Complete lack of customer service. I asked a simple question and he gave me an attitude because it was his lunch time and told me he couldn’t help me because he only had a minute.

Have been coming here for years. People who work here want to help and are nice. Glasses are normally done pretty quickly - and they let you know as soon as they are done. Big selection and Costco sometimes has sales too which is good. Can make any glasses into sunglasses too. Recommend especially if you use the eye doctor at Costco.

They are extremely rude, I tried to make an appointment with them but they kept saying that I did not have one, even when I showed them my confirmation. The front desk was unfriendly to say the least, I do not recommend it.

RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE. came just a few minutes late to appointment and was told that the doctor could not see me. never experienced this in any other eye doctor. I also was told that I had to pay money to reschedule!! there was not many people in there so i’m not understanding why I couldn’t be fit in. FIX YOUR STAFF!!!
