Visual Eyes

I’ve personally been coming to this location since I was a young child and haven’t had any problems. All the staff and doctors are extremely friendly and helpful and try to accommodate you to the best of their ability. I highly recommend them.

Took 3 months to get my glasses last year. This year, it took over 2 months to get my contacts. The contacts for one eye only came a week after I said I wanted to cancel my order. It’s been over a month and I’m still waiting for my refund for the contacts I canceled. I got told over the phone I couldn’t get a refund without a refund ticket but the manager said I didn’t need anything when I canceled the order in person.

Although service was nice when I got my eye exam, I waited over a month for a call about when I was going to be able to pick up my glasses but they never called. When I finally decided enough was enough and visit the office again the kind man told me that the people who “took care” of us over a month ago never put the order in. So basically we’re down 70 dollars with no glasses.

The staff are pleasant, but it is often difficult to get ahold of them by phone. Prepare for long hold times with unpleasant elevator music. Doctor works for five locations and they seem short-staffed, with difficulty communicating between locations. It took me over six months to get my contacts. I do not recommend this company.
