Dr. Plank is very approachable and knowledgeable showing and explaining what’s going on with your eyes. The whole staff there is very friendly and helpful making you feel at home and at ease from the moment you walk in, until the moment you leave. Kimberly is especially helpful and kind, helping me find the right pair of glasses that look great on me and fit my face and to the color of my looking. I would recommend anyone to check this place out! I would give more stars if I could!

I love Dr. Plank and the staff at Visual Eyes! I have seen Dr. Plank for years, and he has always been kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! He obviously cares about his patients, and listens attentively to what I say. The staff members are fun and always polite when I've spoken with them whether on the phone or in person. Dr. Plank is awesome! Spends time with you and helps you understand what is happening with your vision. I've worn glasses for almost ten years and have never had an eye dr take the time that Dr Plank did. He was also able to really fix my issues when no one else could. His staff is some of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Smiles and always willing to help. They're the best in OKC.
