Professional office with great customer service. Ledys was exceptional. She was patient, kind, and genuinely cared about helping us. She even assisted us in scheduling an appointment with another office when we weren't getting a response. Her outstanding customer service and willingness to go above and beyond made a stressful situation much easier. We are very grateful for her help. We'll definitely be back to get our lenses here in the future.

Doctor Hoang was amazing. She was kind, chatty and caring. She did an extensive eye exam, walked me throughout the entire process, explaining what we were doing and why! She’ll be my go to going forward.

The worst, amateurish, most disorganized business I've ever seen. Quoted us a week for glasses, it took over a month. The Gen Alpha zombies working there were too busy literally texting and making lunch plans WHILE we sat there waiting. Seriously like something out of a comedy sketch. There are 100 other optometrists in the area - go to ANY of them but this one lol. There's a reason their reviews are bad.

I had a routine eye exam and had glasses made here. I had great customer service experience with the Doctors and optical staff was very knowledgeable and patient with me. They will also tested me for optic nerves and was able to show me the results at the same time. Doctor was very long and professional. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been coming to this eye care center for a while, and every visit has been an excellent experience. The staff is always professional, kind, and efficient. The manager Paola Garces is especially attentive and caring — she goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that each patient feels valued. I truly appreciate the personalized attention and the quality of service every single time. Highly recommended!
