My experience with the doctor was excellent. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. I was so impressed that I recommended her to several people.
Unfortunately, everything after the exam has been extremely disappointing. I placed my contact lens order on June 13, and nearly a month later, I still have not received it. During that time, I have called the office multiple times for updates. Each time, I was told someone would call me back or that my order was still being processed, but I rarely received any follow-up.
A few days ago, I spoke with an employee who told me the manager was not in the office but would contact me the following day. Strangely, I received a call from the manager later that same day, and he assured me my contacts would arrive by Friday. When I tried calling the office today for an update, no one answered the phone.
I've even gone to the office in person to ask about my order. Every interaction has ended with promises that someone would follow up or that the manager would contact me, yet nothing has been resolved. After reading other reviews describing similar experiences, it appears this is an ongoing issue rather than an isolated incident.
At this point, I am left trying to determine how to obtain a refund and restore the insurance benefits that were used toward this order so I can purchase my contacts elsewhere. It's unfortunate because the quality of care I received from the doctor was outstanding, but the customer service and order fulfillment process have completely overshadowed what should have been a positive experience.
