0 star I put actually especially with my experience! The doctor did a great job but after that everything went wrong! I gave them a new frame after asking if they accept to put the glasses on it, and when they called me to come pick them up I found out that the frame was broken or missing parts! It was definitely their responsibility so I told them to fix it or replace it! After 2 days I called them to check what they decided to do, so the lady literally told me “ We don’t take any responsibility for that” and she said “go from where you bought the frame and tell them to send you a new one because you sent it with missing part” it means she wanted me to lie and to blame the website from where I bought the frames!!!! Can you imagine!!! I’m really shocked 🤯 Of course i didn’t do what she asked me to do and I told her that is not right what she asks! So after back and forth and after I asked to speak with her supervisor “of course she didn’t let me to speak with anyone” Finally she said that they are going to order a new frame for me! BUT GUESS WHAT!!!!!! She said they are going to be ready in 3 to 4 weeks from now!!!!! I’m so disappointed and I don’t know what to say! But I’m talking about eye glasses for vision not sunglasses! It means I need it as soon as possible! First thing they broke my frames and second she asked me to lie! And now they wanna make me wait 3 to 4 weeks because of their mistake! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I have my social media and I have my community on it and I’ll tell everyone about it! I’ll definitely wait for my eyeglasses but this is my last time I deal with them! Please be careful to anyone who read this! I definitely don’t recommend it! Not professional at all! I highly recommend avoiding this place. They are completely unorganized—they even had someone else's number listed for my account. The staff lacks basic customer service skills and ignores you when you ask questions. They also fail to open on time. Do yourself a favor and find a more professional provider.

I was looking for a good eye care place after a bad experience at Daniel T. Whang and I’m so glad I found Vision Health Doctors of Optometry. This place is very affordable and has a great variety of frames. Marwa and Amy were super friendly, helpful, and professional they really made the experience comfortable. Dr. Wong was also extremely kind with such as clear communication . My first time using contact lenses, and the team was very patient with me, taking the time to explain everything carefully.

Made my appointment same day and was able to see Dr. Alan for a Contact Lens Fitting. Overall Sade was very helpful and answered all of my questions regarding my insurance benefits and what was included. She told me about their newest frames for glasses as well but wasn't pushy! Can't wait to come back in and pickup my contacts

Do not recommend this place. When I arrived, they told me that all the procedures performed during my exam would be covered by my insurance. However, after the exam, they charged me $149. When I questioned it, they said my insurance only covered 10%, which was not what I had been told earlier. I explained my insurance coverage, and only then did they update it in their system—but I was still charged $49. None of these costs were clearly explained upfront, which felt very misleading. Additionally, the front desk staff was not friendly and seemed bothered when I decided not to purchase glasses from their limited selection. Overall, a frustrating experience due to poor communication and lack of transparency.
