Allison and her team are masters of their craft and know the inventory inside and out. Always a great experience there and I’m constantly complemented on the glasses we picked out. Because it’s appointment based, you never have to wait and they work with you 1 on 1 the whole time. They offer fantastic customer service after your purchase as well. I will probably never get glasses anywhere else

I appreciate the variety of styles at both locations. However, I’m puzzled by the need for an appointment to enter the city store. It seems like you can’t just browse, ask questions, or even get your glasses refitted (which were purchased at VisualEyes). The store is usually empty, and there are two employees. If an appointment is required to enter the store, why bother having store hours?
Alison is excellent. She has great attention detail and is very kind. I love that you have to make an appointment.
Shopping around with my boyfriend Tuesday night when I saw a cute pair of sunglasses in the window… literally everything I have been looking for. As soon as I walked in the elderly lady working told me the store was by appointment only which not sure every by appointment store, I’ve ever been to before clearly states that on the door… anyway. She went on to tell me that she was going to let me “look around “ as if she was doing me a favor. When I grabbed the sunglasses I was looking to purchase she nearly ran over to me and ripped them out of my hand. She goes on to tell me “sorry these are licensed sunglasses and you can’t do that” as I was taking a picture of them to send my boyfriend who was outside with our dog… she ran over and started literally walking me out of the store & handed me her business card ?? long story short I found the sunglasses on a website brand new, half off the price she had them there & ordered them 5 minutes after leaving the store. I own a business myself and this is absolutely not how you treat someone.
Worth the premium. Exceptional customer service, and they are the only retailer in Buffalo to offer many of the best frame brands.
