I had a good experience getting my eye exam today! Everyone was very friendly and very professional. The process of the eye exam was explained to me thoroughly in advance and they answered all the questions I had. They also explained how the copay and out of pocket costs worked, so I’d know what to expect and choose my frame and lenses. 5 stars!
Great experience at Visually Sound Optometry today . Very nice office with very friendly employees. Dr. Combs and Cassie were very thorough and answered my questions. Chelsea helped me pick out some new glasses and explained everything about the process and the insurance available. I am happy to have found this place.
Dr. Combs was incredible with answering all questions I had both as I was asking and before I even thought of it! Very clear and straightforward process on the next steps. Techs were also phenomenal in their roles in today’s visit. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff and Dr. Combs is excellent! She took the time today to help me with an issue I have had for 2 years which no other doctor or my neurologist detected based on subtle changes in my eyes over time. Highly recommend!
